Sankofa Behavioral & Community Health competently works with children, adolescents, adults, individuals, couples, families, and groups.

We not only advocate for our clients, but for our community by connecting them to additional services, attending school meetings, writing letters, etc.

All of our clients complete culturally sensitive screenings and/or assessments to determine an effective treatment plan.

Our case managers work within the Comprehensive Community Services program to help our clients’ receive the services they need.

SankofaBCH works to empower people of color to address concerns within themselves, their families, and their communities.

Medication can help support the psychotherapy process. Our therapists work collaboratively with our psychiatric nurse practitioners to ensure our clients’ mental wellness.


This is a support group that uses African – inspired cultural activities, including drumming, beading, arts & crafts and more!


We work with families and couples in intimate relationships to nurture change and development.

Our mentors empower our clients to get out in the community to develop and maintain health relationships. Increasing our client’s support network has supported their progress in treatment.

SankofaBCH is dedicated to eliminating the racial disparities in Wisconsin, which has to happen on a systematic and personal level. We facilitate two to three trainings a year. Please ask for the next upcoming training information.
